R E T U R N S
IMPORTANT NOTICE: All returns are Exchange or Store Credit only and must be returned within 28 days of placing your order.
- If you wish to make a return, you will find your order invoice and returns slip in your shipment packaging. It is important that you fill in the returns slip when returning your order, failure to do that may result in us not being able to follow up your order and exchange your item/s.
- Returns can be made within 28 days of placing your order. Unfortunately after the 28 day period we wont be able to process your return and your parcel will be shipped back to you.
- All returns MUST be in the original selling condition. We cannot process a return on sale or used items.
- All shipping returns are at the customers expense and we suggest sending all returns tracked as OhThatGirl will not be responsible for items lost in transit when being returned to us.
- For Hygiene reasons, we cannot return swimwear, lingerie or socks.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
As soon as we receive your return we will begin to process your exchange/store credit and contact you.
EXCHANGES - we will post your new order out the next working day after receiving your return. If an item is out of stock or there is a price difference in the exchange, we will email you with more details.
STORE CREDIT - Store Credit will be provided in the form of a unique code sent to the email provided on the original order. Your store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account and must be used by you within 6 months of receiving your code. Any purchased that exceed the value of the credit amount will require an additional payment at the checkout for the remaining balance due.
