Although we are a UK based clothing business, we also provide international shipping.

 

All orders placed after 2pm on Fridays will not be processed until the following Monday, this is due to postage deadlines. This applies to all our shipping options including special delivery.

The only delivery service that provides tracking Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed before 1pm. Royal Mail UK First Class Shipping & Royal Mail UK Second Class Shipping do not provide tracking only signed for so you will not be able to track an item using these options. We are not responsible for any items lost in post without a tracking number and in an unlikely event that a parcel has been lost we will issue you our proof of postage but unfortunately, we will not be able to compensate for the lost goods.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed before 1pm applies to WORKING DAYS ONLY, this mean that orders placed over the weekend will not be sent out until Monday and you will receive on Tuesday.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order as we are not responsible for the delivery of your order being sent to the wrong address. If you provide us with the wrong details or give us missing details, we are not responsible for any delivery delays. If you do provide us with the wrong delivery address or your delivery address has missing information such as a house number, we will contact you for further information.

 

We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated time scale however delays often occur due to a variety of reasons such as; public holidays, bank holidays and issues with courier services/ manufacturers.
